Bagmasters Australia can repair reuseable courier and commercial products at its Melbourne facility.
This service is available to all customers irrespective of whether Bagmasters Australia supplied the item or not.
Repairs fall into two categories: warranty and non-warranty.
Warranty repairs are carried out at the discretion of the company after establishing the age of the product and whether it has been subject to excessive mistreatment, or is showing signs of 'wear and tear'. There is no repair charge for products that fall into this category.
Non-warranty repairs are undertaken at a minimum cost of $20 +GST per item.

In the event that a repair exceeds the cost of a new bag, the company will advise that the repair be not undertaken.
Bagmasters Australia offers a repair service because it doesn't just walk away from customers after 'the sale'. When assessing from whom you should be buying your products, ask the supplier about their after sales service policies ... including repairs.
